Nojitech: About
Founded in Hiroshima in 1920 as
Noji Kanematsu & Co, through its
strong ties with NTT, Japan’s then public telecommunications
company, the company manufactured and installed telephone poles,
junction boxes, and all other peripheral equipment to support
telephone cables owned and operated by NTT.
After the A-bomb
devastation in 1945, the company contributed to the
resurrection of Hiroshima’s telephonic infrastructure and grew
steadily as the main supplier to the reborn NTT.
In 1986, the third
generation of the management renamed the company to Nojitech
Corporation, reflecting the shifting to the new era of
information technology, including the development of optic fiber
cable networks. Nojitech has maintained its strong
ties with the now privatized Japanese telecommunications companies,
such as NTT, Nippon Comsys and others.

This close relationship has allowed
Nojitech to quickly respond to new technological developments and
needs. Presently, Nojitech’s most popular line of products is its
Optical Fiber Cable Raceway Systems.
Nojitech’s Raceway Systems,
with patented design and technology, are widely used by Japan’s
telecommunications companies, as well as by various government
agencies that are responsible for telecommunications infrastructure.
Our factory is ISO-9001 certified, and one line of our
products has been UL listed – we are now eager and ready to
introduce our raceway systems in the U.S. |
